PSYCHODRAMA

In its origin, psychodrama is a synthesis of drama and group psychotherapy. It was developed by J.L. Moreno. The method, in its adapted form, has proven to be very effective in training programs (communications training, leadership training, personal effectiveness training).

Thoughts, feelings and dilemmas are made physically and psychologically tangible through spontaneously emerging game situations. The psychodrama play is fueled by imagination and empathy. It is like playing with life itself, respectfully and creatively.

Under my guidance as the trainer / director, you, as the protagonist, are invited to bring your question to the stage. With the other participants acting as the other characters, your question is then further illustrated. Through the play, you acquire new, deeply felt insights which lead to behavioral alternatives.

I also work with psychodrama techniques individually in coaching and therapy.
In their adapted form, the techniques, borrowed from psychodrama, are also very useful in team training programs.
