ORGANIZATIONAL DRAMA

Organizational drama is a variation of psychodrama. In psychodrama and voicedrama, one central figure has questions concerning their own inner workings and dilemmas. Organizational drama is occupied with questions concerning organizational processes and systems.

You can gain insights, for instance, as to why certain changes keep failing within an organization. Or why your team doesn't stick to the agreements, even when that was the plan…

Unlike in the now well known method of organizational constellations, information is not only gathered from 'the wisdom of the system', but also from the insights and contributions of the person who introduced the question. We can work with a question from an individual as well as with one from a team.
