METHODOLOGIES

Throughout my many years in this line of work, I have been influenced by many movements and trained in many different areas.

Not that methods are that important in their own right. It has somewhat become common knowledge that the effectiveness of a methodology stands or falls by the person using it, and by the quality of the relationship of the coach/trainer or therapist with his (system of) clients.

Nevertheless, I am quite enthusiastic about a few methodologies which I use quite often: psychodrama, Voice Dialogue, voicedrama en organizational drama.
