LEX MULDER (1944)

I graduated in clinical psychology. After an inspirational period of working as a lecturer at Leiden University and part-time as a psychotherapist, I established my practice as an independent coach, trainer, educator and psychotherapist in 1988.
I am a BIG-registered* psychotherapist and healthcare psychologist as well as a NIP-registered** trainer.

I am fascinated by the connections between individuals, groups and organizations and the possibilities for intervening within these interfaces.

Inspired by a multitude of resources, I developed my own style of intervention: Playful and Active.
It is characterized by:
  • creativity
  • an open mind
  • pragmatic orientation
  • an eye for the complexity of people, groups and organizations
  • stimulating people and organizations to learn – also from 'negative' experiences. Take another look at the poem on my homepage.

However, what is probably most important is that I am curious as to what moves people and that I am able to give positive, personal and professional attention.

I enjoy working successfully (but not exclusively) with psychodrama, Voice Dialogue, voicedrama and organizational drama.
